In a study published by the Permanente Journal, CBD oil extraction from hemp was found to aid people in sleeping more soundly and having better overall sleep. This study also claimed that anxiety-related disorders and the resulting lack of sleep can be aided through the use of CBD.

Though CBD is relatively new to the market and is still being heavily researched, lots of studies have shown a positive correlation between the use of CBD and its products to promote overall health and wellness.
